When I’m not writing, you’ll often find me spending time with my family, camping, or at home with my beloved cats, Maui and Walter, whose playful personalities inspire many of the characters and moments throughout my books. Every story I write begins with imagination, a warm cup of coffee or tea, and usually one—or two or even 7—cats nearby. My beloved companions, Maui and Walter, have inspired countless moments in both my mystery novels and children’s books. Whether they’re napping beside my keyboard or insisting it’s time for a break, they remind me that the best stories are written with heart.
While the mysteries require intricate plotting by candlelight, the children's books emerge from playful afternoon moments watching her feline companions chase shadows across the rug.

Where do you write?
Most of my stories begin at home, surrounded by books, a warm cup of tea, and my two very opinionated cats, Maui and Walter. But I also find inspiration while camping, where peaceful mornings, crackling campfires, and the beauty of nature often spark new ideas for both my mysteries and children’s books.
There’s something here for everyone! My children’s books are designed for young readers and families, while my mystery crime novels are ideal for older teens and adults who enjoy page-turning suspense and unforgettable characters.
